Body Form & Body Mantle

The recent ‘Body Form’ assignment (2019) required students to develop, design and producing one wearable, folded paper form that responds to, extends, exaggerates and/or defines some part of the human body. The use of tessellations were required that use multiple patterns at different scales using Bristol paper.

The former ‘Body Mantle’ assignment required students to design a wearable piece of art or garment constructed of no less than 100 of the same items/objects. Items must attach to one another without the use of any other material or products. No glue, no sewing, nothing but 100+ of the same item.
