The Civic Garden Center of Cincinnati;
75 Years of Building Community
Through Gardening
Responsible for the design and production of the text published by The Civic Garden Center of Cincinnati. The book chronicles the history of the center from its inception as a WWII ‘Victory Garden’ through its current role as a community gardening center. Images were pulled the archive and the text was commissioned to chronicle the history.
The book is broken into sections; the front chapters chronicle the history from the 1940s through the 2010s, then the history of the Board of Directors, documentation of the various Community Gardens located throughout the Cincinnati region with featured gardens and finally interviews with ‘Civic Garden Center Champions’.
